Returns Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, returns may be accepted under specific conditions. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products. Customized peptide orders and special requests are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or additional details to verify the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges
